AnklanAI employs PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure complete data isolation between institutes. Each institute can only access their own data. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+) for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

  • Google Gemini AI — For OCR and answer evaluation
  • Amazon S3 — For file storage
  • Supabase — For authentication
  • Google Analytics (GA4) — For website analytics

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your institute's account is active or as needed to provide our services. Answer sheets and evaluation data are retained for the academic year plus one additional year, after which they are permanently deleted upon request.
