1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AnklanAI (“the Platform”), operated by RI Systems (risystems.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AnklanAI provides AI-powered exam evaluation, question paper generation, online testing, and performance analytics services for educational institutes including schools, coaching centers, and universities.

3. User Accounts

  • Institute accounts are provisioned by AnklanAI administrators
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users

5. AI Evaluation Disclaimer

While AnklanAI strives for high accuracy in AI-powered evaluations, the AI grading system is designed to assist — not replace — human educators. All AI-generated grades can be reviewed and overridden by authorized teachers. AnklanAI is not responsible for academic decisions made solely based on AI evaluations without teacher review.

6. Intellectual Property

The AnklanAI platform, including its software, design, and content, is the property of RI Systems. Question papers generated through the platform belong to the respective institute. Uploaded answer sheets remain the property of the respective institute and students.

7. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected. Payment terms, including billing cycles and refund policies, are specified in your service agreement. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnklanAI and RI Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
