How do credits work vs subscriptions?
Subscriptions are monthly or annual recurring plans with fixed quotas, offering the best value (up to 3x cheaper). Credits are pay-as-you-go prepaid packs with a longer validity, perfect for institutes with irregular exam schedules.
What happens if I exceed my monthly subscription limit?
On Starter and Professional plans, we allow a "soft limit" up to 110%. Beyond your included quota, overage charges (₹80 per paper) apply, which are billed at the end of your cycle.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Is GST included in the prices?
Credit packs are GST-inclusive. Subscription prices listed above are base prices, and 18% GST will be added at checkout.
